We're Looking for the Best of the Best Presenters for CFX 2026!
As the premier educational event for church leaders in the areas of Worship Production, Media & Content Creation, Facilities Management, Safety & Security, and Construction/Church Building Upgrade Projects, we go through a vetting process to find the best presenters and sessions for our event.

Guidelines and Requirements for CFX Speakers
Our desire is to have church leaders who understand what it means to lead and serve in church ministries share their knowledge and expertise with our attendees.
If you work for a company/organization other than a church, we do require you to exhibit and sponsor a session in order to speak at CFX. Please contact info@churchfacilitiesexpo.com for sponsorship levels and exhibiting information.
Session Types & Requirements
60-Minute Breakout Session
- These sessions are meant to provide educational content only and are available only to All Access Pass holders.
- Church Leaders are encouraged to submit proposals for these sessions.
- Exhibitors interested must choose a Gold Sponsorship to participate. Please contact Stephanie Lippi for more information.
- 25-Minute Sponsored CFX Talk
- Educational sessions that are available to anyone attending CFX, these sessions are similar to a TED Talk by inspiring attendees with new ideas that can help their ministires flourish.
- Available for Exhibitors only as a Silver Sponsorship
- Panel Discussions
- Educational sessions geared towards providing All Access Pass holders with discussions from various experts
- Church leaders may be chosen to participate for these sessions.
- Exhibitors interested in having a seat on a panel must choose a Bronze Sponsorship.
Compensation for Speaking
We are happy to offer one complimentary All Access Pass registration plus one additional All Access Pass for a guest to anyone who is chosen as a presenter at CFX. This also includes access to any masterclass or leadership collective of your choice.
