Building Ministries That Last on the True Foundation
Rooted in 1 Corinthians 3:10–15, we know that God is calling each of us is to refocus on what truly matters. While it’s easy to measure success by excellence, outcomes, and visible results, God is concerned with something deeper—the foundation we build upon and the motives behind our work. Jesus Christ is the only foundation that lasts, and every ministry, system, and detail we steward must be built on Him.
At CFX 2026, we’ll challenge church leaders to move beyond performance-driven ministry and return to Jesus as the only true foundation. In a culture focused on excellence, outcomes, and approval, this message calls us to examine our motives and build with intentionality—so that what we create isn’t just impressive in the moment, but enduring for eternity, to look beyond performance and rediscover purpose. When our identity is grounded in Christ—not in what we produce—we are free to pursue excellence with the right heart. Because in the end, what we build will be tested—and only what is built on Him will stand.

Speaker FAQs & Access Your Speaker Profile
We know you may have questions about the details of being a presenter at the CFX 2026 event. We want you to be fully informed and well taken care of as you partner with us.

Hotel & General Conference Info
CFX 2026 will be located at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Center located in Birmingham, AL.
The official CFX hotel is the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, attached to the convention center. Rooms are filling up fast, so don’t miss your chance!
Please remember we will NEVER ask you to book through any other company other than what’s posted here on our website. If you receive a phone call or email from anyone asking you to book through them, DO NOT BOOK THERE! They are scammers; please send their information to us immediately.
Registration
Please use the link below to register.
As part of your compensation, you will receive an All Access Pass to attend any conference session available. You also may attend one of our Masterclasses or Leadership Collectives, if you wish.
You are also encouraged to invite a guest to join you at CFX! When registering yourself, you’ll have the option to add a Speaker Guest. Your guest will also have the opportunity to attend a Masterclass and Leadership Collective, if they choose to do so.
Collaborative Social Posts
Instagram’s option to have one social post shared collaboratively on two different accounts is a great way to help spread the word! As we begin sharing speaker highlights on our social media accounts, we’d like to amp things up for a greater reach.
If you receive an Instagram DM requesting your permission to collaboratively post something we’re sharing onto your account also, all you have to do is click “Accept” and it will cross post on both accounts!
If you choose not to accept it, our feelings won’t be hurt, but we will be sad on all the people in your network who may miss hearing about your session.
Promo Videos
We would love to help you create videos to share with your network and with ours, promoting your session at CFX!
Just click on the link, follow the prompts, hit record (it’s okay if you mess up, just keep going…we’ll take care of the editing), then submit your video! We’ll get it edited and sent back to you to share with your networks.
Presentation Files – Templates & Submissions
We’ve created presentation slide templates for you to use in your PowerPoint or Keynote presentation.
While you don’t have to use them for every slide, we do ask that at least 75% of your slides use these templates.
Please note: to access the files, you have to make a copy (under the File menu) in order to have the blank templates for your use.
Submit Your Finished Presentation Files
When you have your presentation files ready to go, please submit them no later than August 31 using the link below or by emailing them to Stephanie. We will load them onto the computer in your room when you arrive.
NOTE: Files should be smaller than 10mb. Keynote files should be submitted via pdf. (Keynote users, you can still bring your laptops with you and plug them into the HDMI cable provided; the pdfs are required to upload to Whova for attendees to view.)
